something about the red and blue glimer on the lines make this look super animated looks almost like he is gonna fly off the screen. also love how you used shapes and angles very cool

even with the brush strokes laid heavy and thick i still get a sense of metalic texture love the movement brush strokes behind him too

Yes, it is a tehnique with layers of colors like in real paint, only diferance here is this digital aspect of hard brushes that are aplayed to surface.
